Hi frentacles, as a community member of octo i want to propose an increase of the salary for the actual and future devs to take them full time. Anyway here is the problem, good developers working full time are not cheap, I do not think less than 5000$/month, this mean that with the actual price of octo would be like 250 octo/month that unfortunately would increase a lot the sell pressure. I would like propose, instead of distribute the monthly earnings of Octo, use them to pay new devs. Last month the earnings if am not wrong are been 26000$ (but this month could be less) these would cover the salary of more than 5 devs in full time, the project would grow much more quickly! This would be a very good investment not money lost and would be very helpful for at least this month that the price of octo is very low, then we can come back to a monthly octo salary. Another solution that i thought is pay new devs 250 octo/month with half of them locked, anyway i do not know if new devs would accept it. What do you think about an increase of the salary for the actual (Nathan) and future devs for take them full time? I will do a post in the Den later 🙂
note: the Fee Distribution are paid in DAI, it will not increase the sell pressure (good thing!)
