After watching a few crypto videos where the pre-roll ad was a crypto scam and knowing that YouTube do nothing about it, I decided to do some research.
Turns out it's possible for crypto youtubers to block advertiser URLs and quite easily block them. But what URLs are the scammers using in their ads and how can we round them up?
Well that's easy. All the scam ads direct viewers to a URL. So let's help the crypto YouTubers, by collecting the URLs here. We can bring them to the attention of these folks.
But what can the youtubers do? Well that's easy. First Google result I found was this tutorial from Google explaining how block ads from appearing on your channel, by targeting the advertiser URL.
